What are your business hours?

Please be advised, that business hours are between 10AM – 6PM EST, Monday-Friday. Graphics by CC does not operate on weekends, and/or holidays. All messages and inquiries will be responded to on the following business day.

What is your turnaround time?

  • Turnaround time depends on the service selected. Please check the description on each item for the specific turnaround time!
  • Turnaround time starts once all Information and photos/videos are emailed.
  • Turnaround time is in business days so monday-friday only.
  • Turnaround time does not include the time for revisions if revisions are needed they will take an additional 2-5 days! (When filling out your design form please be as detailed as possible that will help me create your perfect design!)

Do you accept deposits?

We do not accept deposits. However, you can use Shop Pay to pay in installments.

What is the best way to contact you?

Graphics by CC only uses email as a form of communication. Please do not send DMs on social media in regards to your order! Communicating through email helps to keep a paper trail of all dialogue between the client and the designer to prevent any discrepancies. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response due to a high volume of inquiries.

Do you offer revisions?

Yes, all designs come with (2) free minor revisions. Revisions include minor movement of elements, change of font, minor change of colors, etc. Revisions are intended to be used for small design changes and do not include a full redesign, new concepts, or changing major components of youtube Intro/Outro designs. Any and all changes that are not included in the original order form are subject to revision fees. After the 2 free minor revisions for image-based designs there will be a $15 fee per revision and for video-based designs there will be a $20 fee per revision. If you have a revision that is not considered minor All revisions must fees must be paid in full before revisions are made.

What is your refund policy?

Graphics by CC does not provide refunds for any projects unless agreed upon, especially after work has been started, issued and/or labor has begun. The only reason money will be refunded is if Graphics by CC is unable to complete the project due to personal reasons, sickness or injury. There are absolutely NO Refunds once designs are started and first drafts are sent! If you [the client] decide to cancel at your own discretion you will forfeit your designs and will not be refunded. Refunds will only be issued at designers discretion. By purchasing this item you [the client] are agreeing to this NO REFUND policy.

What if I want to cancel?

Graphics by CC will always work to ensure you are satisfied. There are (2) free minor revisions included in all orders. Once all free revisions are used, you may pay for additional revisions until you are happy with your order. If client wants to cancel during or after the design process, there will be absolutely NO refunds! There are no refunds under any circumstances. Please read over the terms and conditions before proceeding with your purchase.

Will I receive order updates?

Your final design will be sent out between our average turnaround time. In the case of high traffic orders turn around time may change you will receive a notice. We will not show incomplete designs or contact you about your order unless we need more information.

Do you offer printing?

NO, we are a design only company. We do however provide our files in standard sizing. If you have a specific sizing you need please note that when you send your information email. You can use websites and stores such as office depot, fedex, vistaprint, or your local office supply/print store to print your files.

What happens if I ghost a project?

  • All information for designs must be SENT within 7 business days or else your order will be moved to the end of the queue.
  • If a client has not communicated/submitted all information within 15 days of ORDERING, THERE WILL BE A $20 inconvenience fee. This must be paid in order to continue the project.
  • After drafts are sent, If a client has not communicated with US for up to 30 days, the project is considered ghosted and will require restart fee OF 30% of service total.
  • If it has been over 30 days with no communication your [the client] project(s) will be terminated and you will have to rebook your design.
  • If the client has ghosted 2 projects, the client will no longer be allowed to book.
  • We understand life happens, please communicate if there will be a delay!

What is your termination policy?

We will not tolerate any disrespect. Use of disrespectful or insulting words during conversations will not be tolerated and result in your project being terminated and not eligible for a refund.
